Welcome To Sweetman Swim School

Sweetman Swim School uses a very productive approach to swim lessons. Our method of teaching has come from over three decades of experience and success at teaching children to swim.
Mr. Gareth began teaching in the Bubbles and Roll program began by “Ms. Carolyn” his mother, in the early 1980s. The need for more swim programs like Bubbles and Roll led Mr. Gareth to begin Sweetman Swim School in Rutherford County. Mr. Gareth and his personally trained staff combine teaching life saving swim skills with having fun in a highly disciplined environment. Mr. Gareth as head teacher takes a hands on approach with each student and gives the personal attention each child needs to succeed.

Mr. Gareth’s qualifications
include 20 plus years experience in teaching swim lessons, advanced infant CPR, AED, and first aid training. Mr. Gareth is head coach for a Murfreesboro Swim team which is open to Sweetman Swim students. Mr Gareth is also a certified USA Swimming coach and member of American Swim Coaches Association having completed courses in Physiology for Swimming, Foundations of coaching and Stroke School.
